Free sketch is for trying the craft. When you Keep, you get the vanilla export
and a perpetual license to use it in your Minecraft worlds.
That is what we mean by owning the export — not a full copyright assignment of every catalog gazebo for a few dollars.
What you get with a paid Keep unlock
File custody — download Java .nbt, Bedrock .mcworld / pack, re-download from your account forever.
Perpetual personal & server use — place it on Realms, SMPs, private or public servers you run or play on.
Modify freely — rebuild, recolor, expand, combine with other builds in your worlds.
Content creation — screenshots, videos, streams, tutorials featuring the build.
What this is not
Not a full IP assignment — Cubit (and its licensors) keep copyright in catalog builds and the export pipeline. You get a license, not a transfer of all rights.
Not exclusive by default — other players can Keep the same public catalog build unless we sell a separate exclusive/commercial product.
Not a blank check to resell the raw file — don’t sell the export as a paid map asset, marketplace schematic pack, or rebranded dump without a commercial license.
Not a claim on your world — we don’t own the base you build or the worlds you make with Keeps in them.
Commercial license transfer — hundreds of thousands
Want to sell a map pack, paid server rank cosmetic, or marketplace listing that redistributes Cubit Keeps?
Buy the commercial license transfer (account-wide) — priced as a serious commercial deal,
not a checkout-impulse SKU. Custom exclusive / full assignment is still high-touch —
email hello@cubit.build.
Redistribute catalog Keeps in paid map packs & marketplace listings
Use Keeps as paid server cosmetics / rank rewards
Does not transfer exclusive copyright or block other buyers by default
Swipe is free so you can judge quality. Free sample files (if offered) are for evaluation.
Keep is the paid unlock: durable file + the license above. Signup may include one free unlock credit with the same license terms.
Minecraft
Not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft. You still need a legitimate Minecraft license to play.
Exports are intended as vanilla-safe structures for players who already own the game.
This page is plain language for builders. If anything conflicts with a signed commercial agreement, that agreement wins.
