First purchase has a 7-day no-questions refund. Email hello@cubit.build with the order email and we reverse it. Credits already spent on exports stay spent; unused pack balance is what we refund.
Cancel anytime from your account or by email. Access lasts through the paid period — no surprise renewals after cancel.
No loot boxes. No hidden auto-renew on one-time packs. If we broke something (failed download, wrong file), we make it right — refund or re-issue credits.
